Coaching is a great way to make huge advances. A coaching session is about an hour and is usually a phone call. They should be at regular intervals, be it once a week or once a month. This gives us enough time to talk about what’s been going on, discuss what your next steps should be and hold you accountable to your previous commitments. This helps you keep moving in the right direction.

The best approach is to start with once per week for a while, then move to once per month. This will happen once you get your momentum going and you just require a little tuneup to keep you on track.
